We ran into a problem with our insurance company and escrow account for our rental property in Navarre, Florida. Our previous mortgage company that we were with previously has been transferred to rocket mortgage. Unfortunately, rocket mortgage did not pay our premium home insurance which is American Integrity. I was not able to renew my insurance because there were no payments made. We called different insurance companies and they require us to have another home inspection done. American Integrity wants us to pay the premium before they can renew us, even if we were not actually covered. Thankfully, we kept looking for insurance companies in Navarre and found Great Florida Insurance and talked to Mr. BRUCE LOVE. He was very patient with us and he even dug deep as to what really happened why we lost the coverage without us knowing. He helped us throughout the process. It was stressful looking for insurance companies that will not take advantage of us. Not only Bruce is knowledgeable, but we felt that he cares about his clients.
